All charges for repair of arms caused by fair wear and tear, inclusive of cost of conveyance to and from Birmingham being borne in Great Britain by the Government.

In Great Britain very liberal allowances of Gun and small arm ammunition are made by the Government. The Committee strongly recommend that a similar method of dealing with Ammunition be adopted here.
